From a young age, I've had an innate passion for entertaining and performing. The love for captivating audiences led me on a remarkable journey in the world of communication. At the age of 10, when my family relocated, I encountered challenges with being understood at my new school because of my accent. To overcome this hurdle, my sister and I embarked on elocution lessons with the remarkable Miss Dorothy Bright. While my sister disliked them, I embraced them wholeheartedly, relishing the opportunity to recite poems and playful phrases endlessly. 'How now brown cow?'

I recall the exhilaration of winning a rotary speaker's competition with my speech titled 'Travelling Hopefully.' That victory marked the beginning of an incredible journey. Pursuing my passion further, I studied drama at the prestigious Central School of Speech and Drama. Additionally, I delved into the world of languages, studying German at Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of entertaining audiences worldwide, leaving an indelible mark on both children and adults alike. From touring theatres as Maid Marian across Germany to training construction workers in Microsoft Project, my ability to capture the attention of any audience has remained unwavering.

Whilst having my children, I ran Ta-Daa!, a children's entertainment company. From London to the South West and across the country at festivals, I provided music and drama workshops and birthday parties galore. It was a joy to create memorable experiences for children and share the magic of music and drama with them.

As my children have grown and the world has changed, I have adapted my focus. Currently, I am recording Audiobooks, lending my voice to captivating stories. Additionally, I am dedicated to delivering training programs that empower individuals to speak with authenticity. My aim is to help people unlock their true voice and confidently express themselves in an ever-evolving world.

Currently, I proudly serve as the Vice Chair of the Devon and Somerset Association of Speaker's Club, where I continue to inspire and guide individuals in honing their speaking skills.
